There is plenty of choice for the home owner when it comes to purchasing the HIP for their property sale. They can go to the Estate Agent, the Solicitor or their Mortgage Advisor; they could even come to us.
Bluetint Energy Solutions are independent HIP providers, and can put your pack together for you to take to your Estate Agent. We provide you with a professionally printed and bound copy, included in the price, and also an electronic copy on CD.
We will carry out your Domestic Energy Assessment ourselves, usually within 48 hours of you getting in touch. We always provide a friendly service, and make ourselves available 7 days a week for you to ask any questions.
We pride ourselves on the service that we provide whether it is to the larger company or to the individual seller. This is probably one of the most important times of the home seller’s lives, selling and moving home. We can assure you that the process of purchasing and receiving your HIP from us is hassle free.
Once you have paid for the HIP it will take approximately 7/10 days to complete and be delivered direct to you, although sometimes it takes a bit longer to get your searches back.
What you should remember, it is important that you order your HIP to coincide with marketing your property for sale.
